HOW TO COOK LEBERSCHÄDL

ZUTATEN:

300 g faschierte schweineleber

600 g gemischtes faschiertes

1 fein gehackte zwiebel

2 fein gehackte knoblauchzehen

2 trockene semmel

ca. 1∕4 l milch (zum einweichen der semmeln)

3 eier

frisch geriebene muskatnuss

1 TL majoran

1∕2 TL thymian

schale von 1 zitrone

frisches schweinenetz

1 TL salz

pfeffer

ZUBEREITUNG:

brot in lauwarmer milch aufweichen und dann ausdrücken, danach alle zutaten zusammenmenmischen und kräftig durchkneten

abschmecken (für die weicheier unter euch: man kann auch ein bisschen davon kurz anbraten und dann kosten)

das netz in wasser einweichen, danach ausbreiten

form mit netz auslegen und fleischgatsch einfüllen

dann gehts ab ins vorgeheizte backrohr (heißluft, 180 grad)

und fertig! kann man auch wie einen leberknödel mit suppe essen oder kalt...

elevate 2011... what should i say? the first day was great. on the one hand the music was really good on the other hand i managed to surpass myself - went to bed at about 2pm, got to know a security guy (idiot!) and wanted to buy (slightly drunken) prada shoes at k&ö. (un)fortunately they don't sell this brand. what a pity... second day was a sight worse. the music was a bit... monotone. every time the same base beat and so on and i didn't felt very fit (i wonder why...?).
all in all it was ok, but definitely not the best.
